Developed for still wines, the NO OXYGEN line ensures protection to the hard bottler work.
One of the integrated solutions introduced by Gruppo Bertolaso is the advanced family of the so-called NO OXYGEN machines designed to fulfil the essential need of every producer to maintain over the time the organoleptic characteristics of the wine without altering its properties resulting from the labour in the vineyard and in the winery, as well. This long and patient labour is often nullified by the bottling process, unless all the necessary methods provided by the today’s technology are used.
Bertolaso is manufacturer of bottling lines designed to maintain wine quality over the time; the challenge for today’s bottlers is protecting the wine from the contact with oxygen. The NO OXYGEN procedure allows to perform the whole bottling process (bottle rinsing, filling and corking) avoiding the contact of wine with oxygen, thus preserving it from any oxidation or alteration of its characteristics due to the contact with air.
In addition, the Bertolaso lines permit top grade of sanitation and ensure the necessary microbiological stability of the wine in the bottle.
The Bertolaso lines enjoy an excellent reputation worldwide for their ability to meet the specific needs of this industry:
– alcoholic degree loss reduced to the minimum
– high production capacity
– greatest flexibility in handling different bottle and closure formats
– precise management of the bottles, even those with special shape.
Currently Bertolaso is installing at the Cantina Sociale di Soave two automatic NO OXYGEN bottling plants of latest concept. High level of efficiency, reliability, traceability, production flexibility are the essential requirements reached through the integration of several modules into one “smart” unibloc that maintains total control of each individual phase of the bottling process: from the actually performed rinsing to the filling according to pre-determined parameters, to the corking, capsuling and labeling. A particular attention has been given to the quality factor through accurate control systems; all of this is performed automatically with very simple operation of use.
