This category includes the Series 800 of the Delta corkers, with a simple and well sized structure that ensures solidity and reliability over time. A stabilizing column connects the basement with the corking turret upper part to distribute and absorb the stresses resulting from the cork insertion into the bottle.

The Delta 800 corker has a direct feed of corks to the compression boxes, thus eliminating the main cause of pollution due to cork dust.

From the mechanical feeder, the corks reach to the corker through a pipe that can be easily removed and cleaned. The end of the pipe is provided with micrometric adjustment allowing the use of all corks with diameter ranging from 21 to 32 mm. Thanks to this adjustment and to the Bertolaso system of guided insertion of the corks, these come to the compression box in the best position for correct corking.
